A Lynx for the Minx

A Lynx for the Minx

In my illustrious career as an observer of the human condition I have learned to read body language from a very young age. It had prevented me from being bullied at school, how the rough and ready youths in my life failed to understand how noble it is to pursue a life of leisure, to be a gentleman in all things, to understand ones place in this universe and as a Dubois I understood the superiority of my heritage and after a few skirmishes those grubby sons of merchants understood theirs. While they geared themselves for the university scramble of the most profitable career path I merely drifted through my education enjoying brief vignettes of lust and revenge.

When I went to have my lunch, having missed two days of my darling minxie and feeling the pangs of desire stab at me, I became weak and wandered in for a little déjeuner. To my surprise she did not flee from my gaze at all and instead appeared preoccupied with the apeboy beside her. Then I noticed something that tore at my heart. They were not speaking to each other, for although they had the studied appearance of two people ignoring the other I could almost smell the emotional intrigue between them.

The evil monkey boy had somehow garnered the attention of my minxie and was causing her so much consternation that she did not even notice my steady gaze of lust! How dare he interfere in my seduction, how dare he presume my precious minxie was available for his grubby pawing. I decided the apeboy could use a little seducing of his own and if he were preoccupied then minxie would be mine for the tasting. I am going to call in a favour from an old friend, old lover as well, a local actress called Lynx whose specialty is seducing young men of impressionable natures. It seems appropriate, a little Lynx to tame the minx.
